Most of it boring, but necessary, but a fair bit was in order to secure a big chunk of EU funding through their rural development program. There was a lot of paperwork to be sorted. Physical progress was slow in the run up to Christmas, and not just due to the season. I sauntered into work on Tuesday with a spring in my step because for once I was actually on time, just.Īt the brewery, things have been happening. In fact, thinking about it, that’s just the times I’ve been properly late. Overall, just this week, I’ve been late either into work or home four times. This evening it was the fault of Thameslink, but this morning I was late into work due to signal issues at Peterborough. One of the prime motivators for this being my increasing frustration at working in London, it’s kind of fitting that I’m writing this post whilst sat at King’s Cross, having missed yet another train home, and consequently another bedtime. A s you’ll (hopefully) be well aware, this is a blog charting the progress of my new venture, restarting commercial brewing in the wonderful Bedfordshire town of Potton.
